  • Custom Orders: Custom-made or personalized items, such as bridal Lehengas and readymade suits, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless there is a defect in workmanship or material.

  • Sale Items: Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Refund Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
