We currently offer shipping to Malaysia and international destinations. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete to avoid any delays.

Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If there are any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly via email.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, size, weight of the items, and the selected shipping method. You will be able to view the shipping cost before completing your purchase.

4. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer several shipping methods, including standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Domestic Orders (Within Malaysia):

    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

    • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

  • International Orders:

    • Standard International Shipping: 7-21 business days

    • Expedited International Shipping: 3-7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as weather, customs processing, or courier delays.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

6. Customs and Import Taxes

For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, and additional charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and D Chaniya Choli Boutique is not liable for any customs fees or import taxes that may be incurred.

7. Damaged or Lost Items
